Ustaad.co.in, an energetic eCommerce brand known for everyday gadgets and tools, partnered with us to transform the Code4sh Shopify theme into a fast, conversion-focused storefront. In just two weeks, we implemented aggressive sales strategies through custom offer blocks, urgency triggers, and bold CTAs — all while maintaining speed and mobile responsiveness. The enhancements led to improved user engagement, a smoother checkout experience, and a significant uplift in mobile conversions and product page performance.

 

 

The Challenge

The base theme from Code4sh offered solid performance and a strong design structure — but Ustaad.co.in required heavy customization to match their sales-driven brand strategy. The client wanted highly visible CTA buttons, custom trust elements, and product offer blocks that could convert impulse buyers quickly. Maintaining speed and mobile responsiveness with these additions was a key concern.

Our Solution

We took the Code4sh theme and applied layered, performance-friendly customizations directly within its structure — making sure to preserve the theme’s integrity while meeting all client expectations. Key enhancements included:


• Bold redesign of product cards with offer highlights and urgency tags

• Integration of conversion-focused banners on homepage and product pages
