What’s Included in Support:

1. Theme Installation Assistance

If you need help installing the Opulent theme, we provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth setup.

2. Bug Fixes and Updates

Any theme-related bugs or issues identified in the theme will be addressed. We regularly release updates to enhance the functionality, fix any bugs, and improve performance.

3. Customization Guidance

Need help making minor adjustments to your theme’s layout or appearance? We’ll provide assistance in implementing simple design tweaks.

4. Compatibility Assistance

Our team ensures the theme works smoothly with Shopify’s most recent updates, as well as third-party apps that do not conflict with the theme’s functionality.

What’s Not Included:

1. Custom Development

Custom theme modifications, including changes to features or custom design requests, are not included in our support policy. However, we are happy to recommend professional developers or assist in finding a solution.

2. Shopify Platform Issues

We do not provide support for issues that are specific to the Shopify platform, such as payment gateway setup, Shopify account settings, or app integrations (unless the issue is theme-related).

3. App Compatibility

While we strive to ensure compatibility with popular apps, issues that arise due to third-party apps are outside the scope of support for the theme.

Support Hours:

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT). We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 24–48 hours during business days.
